1.BSDF advanced hammer mill

(suitable for grinding heat sensitive materials or materials containing fibers or oils.)

BSDF can make finer spice powder than traditional hammer mill because of its totally different structure,it combines coarse crusher,middle fine milling and fine milling together, which means material can be milled three times in a very short time, almost at the same time.This spice powder making machine has mill part, cyclone, dust collecting box, blower and electrical control box.

2.BSP ultra-fine pulverizer set

(Suitable for grinding oil-containing spices and other materials, such as rice, herbs, seaweed...Fineness up to 2500 mesh)

BSP grinding machine is made up of three parts:main machine,auxiliary machine and electric control box. BSP grinding machine has the properties of wind selection,having no sieve or net,and an even granularity of the processed material.

No dust during production, and dust can be collected in dust collecting box;Around mill chamber and bearing, there is water-cooling jacket to cool the machine.

3.BS small hammer mill

(Suitable for small production of dried pepper and other spices,most spice powder can reach 30~40mesh. Except spice, it also can be used to grind dry leaf, chickpeas, sugar and many other materials.)

The machine is composed of three parts: frame, mill and feeding.During its working process,Material is smashed by the cutting and grinding of high speed knives.Knife of type can be selected according to different material and size of granules.
